The purchase
Completed purchase means that you accept our terms of purchase. An order confirmation of your purchase is always sent to your email address as soon as possible after you complete your order. You must be over 18 years of age to shop with us. You are responsible for the information you provide being correct and complete. The purchase is binding.

Prices and payment
The price is stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT at 6%. The price is what applies according to Filmbyn's website at the time of purchase or with a specific offer code. Payment is made via a third party, WORLDLINE via encrypted connection (SSL). Payment can be made by card, and then you can pay with the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and Danskebank.

Debiting
Debiting takes place in connection with the ticket being sent when we have completed the processing of your order.

Validity period for tickets
The validity period for entrance tickets purchased on the web applies to the date specified by the purchase.

Terms and Conditions
The ticket is delivered within a few minutes to the chosen email address. We also have the ticket in our system and it is enough for you to state your name, phone number and/or email address that you used when purchasing to use it.

Open purchase/Right of withdrawal
Redemptions of entrance tickets can be made until 17.00 the day before the ticket is valid. The repurchase is charged with a cancellation fee of SEK 50 per order and the fee is also charged when parts of the purchase are cancelled. Cancellation after the end date of the ticket period is charged with the entire order amount. If you regret your purchase, contact info@filmbyn.se.

Complaints
In the event of an incorrect purchase or if there has been a technical error, contact us as soon as you discover it info@filmbyn.se.

Processing of personal data
Your customer data is protected according to the Personal Data Act (PUL). When you buy a ticket from us, we collect certain personal data about you. These data are processed for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You can read more about how we process personal data in our privacy policy, which is available to read here.

Force majeure 
Snickerboa Mariannelund AB cannot be held responsible for events beyond the company's control.

Diverse
We reserve the right to change this agreement without notice. As a customer, before ordering, you must take note of the current purchase conditions that are available here on our website. 
We reserve the right for price changes and possible errors in the content.
